You can visit singapore zoo and night safari in one day and get a park hopper ticket since it is much cheaper. Going to Jurong bird park can be done the day before or after visiting singapore zoo and night safari.
You can ride a tram on singapore zoo and night safari then go back by foot to some spots you want. These two parks are at the same location after visiting singapore zoo you can just walk going to night safari.
